The unit looks fine once assembled. The biggest headache was the lack of numbers/letters absent on "ALL" of the parts. Quite a few parts for such a small unit. It took more than an intuitive ability to assemble. It took 4.5 hours to assemble due to working all things out several times in my head to make the right decision. Many of the small parts are the same size but with different holes for hardware.The reason I gave 3 stars is because they have good customer service and are very attentive. Otherwise, my rating would have been lower. There were some minor abrasions and nicks due to loose screws in the box. It did not affect the look and most were hidden by interlocking pieces of wood. One bottom drawer panel was damaged (you can't see it when the drawer is closed). My personal opinion is that this unit is overpriced for what it is. I have much bigger furniture that I put together that is nicer and less expensive.'You will need a drill for the castor wheels and to drill a third hole for the drawer guides. Make sure to tighten screws carefully or the Formica material (outer surface) will tear off. Particularly, the interlocking screws. The bottom drawer panels must be nailed into place (no grooves for the panels to slide into). I ran a few through the sides (they are on the outside of the drawer and not noticeable). I was missing one interlocking screw which affects the strength of one of my drawers. When you see the need to place both interlocking screws and wooden dowels by each other, place the dowels in the adjoining piece for easier assembly.It's impossible to return items like these due to the fact these types of products are assembled by automation or really, really good packers. Not worth my time.Again, not bad looking at all. It looks modern and very clean. Just a real pain to assemble, lack of planning by the manufacturer, and overpriced. Great customer service.
